Maynard v. OARC - No.

U.S. Court, District of Colorado
This case arises from several disciplinary proceedings, in which the titular plaintiff, the
Office of Attorney Deregulation Council is an agency of
Colorado's Supreme Court (which is the tribunal to which the causes were tried). Perhaps, this
might explain why all --every single one-- of Maynard's Motions are and will continue to be denied
regardless of merit, and why all --every single one-- of the OARC's Motions are and will be granted
(as is always the case when the disciplinary proceedings are based on an improper motive or the
outcome of a proceeding has already been determined).
